to BLOGMISTRESS IDENTIFICATION
Kelly J Hardesty.
…and now a blogger.
Whistles on stairs
and winks back at fireflies.
From the redwood forest to the New York island,
is often after that same rainbow’s end
♪ that’s waiting ’round the bend.
Frequently found in corner cafes,
surreptitiously eavesdropping and
scribbling notes—ever alert for dialog ideas.
(Uses a dog-eared Austen novel and a
lukewarm latté as cover.)
Native to Vacaville and the San Francisco Bay;
migrated to Tucson’s Sonoran Desert, by way of Michigan;
with a brief stay in Nashville, and a long stopover in New Zealand.
Now makes her nest near the foot of Utah’s Rocky Mountains—
With occasional wide-ranging journeys
over state lines and across oceans.
